Designed for use with a low-temperature test chamber, this apparatus meets the test equipment requirements of IEC 540 and evaluates the low-temperature performance of insulation and sheathing materials used in wires and cables.
Product Description
This apparatus is generally suitable for round insulated cores with an overall diameter of 12.5 mm or less, as well as sector-shaped insulated cores from which dumb-bell test pieces cannot be prepared.
Equipped with two test stations, the apparatus can be used with a low-temperature test chamber to evaluate bending or winding performance under low-temperature conditions.
