Founder Ivan Chen established AIPT Group by drawing on extensive academic and practical experience in electronics, information technology, engineering science, law, and business management. This multidisciplinary foundation was complemented by more than a decade of in-house patent prosecution experience and hands-on experience in patent infringement litigation.

With the goal of serving as a trusted extension of corporate patent and legal departments, AIPT Group continues to integrate legal, intellectual property, product safety compliance, trademark, accounting, and cross-border market resources. This enables businesses to manage global IP strategy and risk in an increasingly competitive international environment.

• 2018
  AIPT Group began expanding its operations in Japan and China, progressively strengthening its cross-border IP capabilities to help businesses enter overseas markets, protect their technologies, and develop international IP strategies.
• 2019
  Action Intellectual Property Tech Co., Ltd. was named one of the 2019 Top Ten Outstanding Enterprises at the Golden Torch Awards and was shortlisted for the inaugural Golden Ship Award for Innovative Brands, reflecting its achievements in brand development and professional services.
• 2025
  AIPT Group signed a memorandum of understanding with the Kyushu Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce, strengthening its presence in the Japanese market and advancing Taiwan–Japan collaboration in intellectual property, cross-border business, and risk advisory services.
• 2026
  AIPT Group completed its multi-hub service network, formally launched its Global Cross-Border IP Risk Advisory service, and received the IP Lawyer of the Year award at the 8th Global Legal Association Annual Arbitration and Litigation Summit, further strengthening its international IP capabilities.
