2004
- AIPT Patent & Trademark Office formally established its Taipei headquarters.
- Pioneered the use of Microsoft Excel to produce patent classification and analysis tables for clients' portfolios and those of their competitors.
- Pioneered PowerPoint-based claim charts illustrating how clients' products could be designed around claims in competitors' patents.
- Introduced copyright compliance checklists specifically designed for software companies.
2006
- U.S. patent attorney joined the firm.
- AIPT established its Japan Practice.
- AIPT established its Tainan branch office.
2008
- The legal practice was established, and the firm was renamed AIPT Patent, Trademark & Law Office.
- Introduced fixed-fee services for patent infringement litigation.
- Introduced complimentary case-review meetings before and after court hearings in patent infringement matters.
2009
- AIPT established its Taichung branch office.
- Introduced complimentary English abstracts for patent applications to help reduce clients' filing costs.
- Launched one-stop application services covering patents, trademarks, and health food certification.
- Established a cross-strait certification platform for health food and dietary supplement products in Taiwan and China.
2010
- Established the Automated Administrative Support Department.
- Fully implemented electronic patent and trademark filing processes to help reduce clients' official fees.
- Introduced automated document-generation systems for patent, trademark, and legal matters.
- Introduced an automated system for correspondence intake, dispatch, and case assignment.
2011
- The AIPT Center was established.
- Action Technology Patent Co., Ltd. was integrated into the Group.
- AIPT Group was formally established.
2012
- AIPT International Law Office (AIPTIL) was established.
2013–2014
- Received industry and government recognition, including a Silver Award in the WTR 1000 evaluation of Taiwan patent firms and first place in electronic patent filing volume from the Taiwan Intellectual Property Office.
- Expanded the firm's branch network to major locations across Taiwan, including Kaohsiung.
- Consolidated headquarters operations in Zhonghe, New Taipei City.
- Developed a web-based internal operations management system, removing geographic limitations on case handling.
2015
- Received the Service Capacity Registration Certificate for Technical Service Providers from the Industrial Development Bureau, Ministry of Economic Affairs.
- An AIPT patent professional participated in the signing of two Taiwan–Korea memoranda concerning the Patent Prosecution Highway and the exchange of industrial property information and electronic priority documents.
- Launched Expert Service Cloud, a cloud-based, multi-party IP collaboration platform built around dynamic workflow diagrams.
- Introduced on-site professional support and brokerage services for intangible-asset transactions.
2016
- Action Intellectual Property Tech Co., Ltd. was formally listed under stock code 7511.
- Launched Expert Translation Cloud and cross-industry alliance services.
- Introduced a complimentary trademark search service.
- Developed an automated patent annuity payment system, enabling continuous monitoring of patent status.
2018
- Signed a cooperation agreement with Beijing Saintbuild Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd. to provide cross-strait intellectual property services.
- Launched the official AIPT Japan website.
- AIPT International Trademark Office launched a trademark marketplace to facilitate the purchase and sale of clients' intellectual property rights.
2019
- Action Intellectual Property Tech Co., Ltd. was named one of the 2019 Top Ten Outstanding Enterprises at the Golden Torch Awards.
- The company was shortlisted for the inaugural Golden Ship Award for Innovative Brands.
- Chairman Ivan Chen received the 2019 World Outstanding Young Chinese Entrepreneur Award.
2020
- Launched AIPT Education Service Cloud.
- Introduced intellectual property training programs to support the development of IP professionals.
- Partnered with AndunIP to strengthen the comprehensive protection of clients' intellectual property rights.
- Chairman Ivan Chen established the New Taipei Chapter of the Taiwan Police Care Association.
2021
- AIPT China launched its official one-stop service platform, making cross-border patent and trademark filings more accessible and efficient.
2023
- Published Innovation, Creativity, and Entrepreneurship.
2024
- Integrated IPLUCY's AI-powered patent services to enhance the efficiency and quality of intellectual property services.
2025
- Signed a memorandum of understanding with the Kyushu Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce to promote intellectual property cooperation between Taiwanese and Japanese businesses.
2026
- Established the Fukuoka Office in Japan, completing the Group's multi-hub service network.
- Received the IP Lawyer of the Year award at the 8th Global Legal Association Annual Arbitration and Litigation Summit, further strengthening AIPT Group's international IP capabilities.
